After 20 years of being a faithful customer my 80 year incapacitated
Mother call Gaines because the gas company found a small gas leak and turn off the heating gas. The technician went into the basement where he found a leaky water pipe, said some splashed on him and walked out. Leaving them without heating gas for the winter. We had to call someone else to fix the problem. You would think being a 20 year faithful customer would mean something these days, you would think being a 80 year old incapacitated lady would mean something these days. But I guess with some people it doesn't
